We are looking for a candidate with a blend of technical, business and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate would be a confident written and spoken communicator. You will be able to listen carefully and follow instructions with care.
You should have experience with several technical programming languages (not necessarily the ones listed above). We want to speak to candidates that have the skills and motivation to learn new languages and technologies related to SAP Business One.
You should be an independent worker, with the ability to proactively seek out new work and make suggestions to improve our support services to our customers.
An understanding of common business processes and accounting practises would be an advantage, but not essential. Experience in a software support environment, particularly in ERP type systems would also be an advantage, but not essential.
You will be able to work as part of a busy team. It is essential that a support consultant has an excellent working relationship with all members of our team. Can work independently when required, but knows how to contribute to the success of the team as a whole.
Full training will be given where required. This most important of which is a SAP Business One recognised qualification which will be your main training focus upon starting at APH.
Although you will be initially based in our Manchester offices, this role has the potential to develop into a full Implementation Consultant role for the right person. Implementation Consultants undertake more client facing, project based work within the SAP Business One team.

Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum depending on experience
